Job summary

LOFT in Scarsdale, NY is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while supporting the store team. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, onboarding, coaching and maintaining brand standards.

This role calls for strong communication, initiative, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Retail sales and, ideally, prior management experience are preferred, with proficiency using a point-of-sale system.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
