Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for the Garden State Plaza store in Paramus, NJ. You will guide a team, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and leverage in-store and online tools to connect the shopping journey.

You will train staff, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and participate in events while staying energetic and guest-focused in a fast-paced retail environment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; applicants must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running.
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage Customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid shopper journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager for business improvements.
• Meet or exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
