Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for the Wrentham Premium Outlet location. This role drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and coaches the team while upholding store standards.

The candidate will lead the sales floor, develop client relationships, and ensure daily operations align with company policies. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support a retail schedule.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role; prior leadership experience is preferred.
Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
Lead the sales floor and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, and timely follow-up.
Support and develop team members while fostering collaboration and open communication.
Open and close the store according to procedure, maintain organized sales and stock areas, and uphold company policies and standards.
