Vans is seeking a Sales Lead in the United States—Kentucky area—for a part-time, storefront role. You will support the leadership team by delivering high-level customer engagement, coaching associates, and driving sales results while embodying the Vans brand voice.

From daily store operations to contributing toward incentive programs, you will help foster an inclusive, energetic environment and ensure operations meet company standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; education valued but experience matters more.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and help meet store sales goals.
• Coach, motivate and supervise sales associates, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster an inclusive, energetic store environment and model Vans’ brand voice.
• Occasionally cover breaks or open the store in the absence of a supervisor.
