Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Lead in Bee Cave, TX to partner with store leadership to supervise the team and uphold brand standards. You will lead by example, drive customer-centered experiences, and support leadership responsibilities to create memorable interactions that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You will oversee opening/closing, coaching, scheduling, cash handling, and inventory tasks while maintaining product knowledge and store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
