Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. You will lead a high-energy sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with store leadership to drive KPIs.

You’ll train associates, share product knowledge on fabrics and fit, and participate in events and promotions. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with a focus on achieving sales goals and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy shopping journey for customers.
• Provide feedback to improve the business and customer experience.
