Job summary

Under Armour in New York City is seeking a Sales Keyholder to support store leadership, drive sales, coach teammates, and maintain high energy on every shift.

You will open/close, ensure outstanding service, and help achieve retail KPIs while modeling the brand's Athlete service standards.

This part-time role requires 18+, a high school diploma, 1+ year of retail experience, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends; handheld devices familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in advanced selling within retail environments.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to all teammates and customers.
• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.
• Coach, train, and support teammates on sales techniques.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Support in driving sales and KPI target achievement.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and inventory control.
