Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand needs, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet targets through customer engagement and smart selling.
• Keep the selling floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting.
• Promote Macy’s Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-ups.
• Assist customers with credit applications and loyalty enrollment.
• Finish transactions accurately and provide excellent checkout experiences.
