Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking a motivated team member to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll engage customers across in-store, online and mobile platforms, assist at the register, and help keep the floor organized and inviting.

You may rotate to stockrooms and different departments to ensure merchandise is accessible and well-presented. Responsibilities include supporting fittings, restocking, and using store technology while upholding Nordstrom’s customer-first standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep the salesfloor runway ready and properly stocked through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at the register across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and sorting items back to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience and sort clothing for restocking.
