Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is seeking team members in Sales, Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment to deliver a fast-paced, friendly shopping experience. You will move between areas to keep the floor clean, assist customers at checkout, manage stockrooms, and support merchandising.

A flexible schedule is required and training on store technology will be provided. The position offers pay at $18.10–$18.80 per hour, with comprehensiveBenefits and opportunities to participate in Nordstrom Rewards.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Physical requirements: continuous movement, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and replenished throughout the day.
• Assist customers at checkout with a variety of transactions across platforms, including POS, and help bag items of all sizes.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free customer experience by organizing clothing and stockrooms.
• Operate and demonstrate knowledge of store technologies; follow all operational and asset protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and other store initiatives.
