Job summary

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will follow operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards and may work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Addressing customers with courtesy, you will contribute to a positive store culture, assist with ringing purchases, and participate in safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Uphold store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prep merchandise for sales floor.
• Conduct store recovery, keep floor clean, and assist in safety practices.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs.
• Provide and accept feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
