Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Consistently foster a healthy team culture of exceptional guest experience.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent service, upsell items, and promote additional products.
• Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude with guests.
• Transition products to the sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Accurately handle point of sale transactions with guests and close sales.
• Communicate with management and peers to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety practices and attend required trainings and meetings.
