Kirkland’s Home in Florida is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience using our customer service model. You will assist with operations, merchandising, and floor sets, while building baskets through loyalty and promotions.

Ideal candidates are energetic, with strong communication skills, available to work weekends/evenings. You’ll thrive in a team environment, greet customers warmly, and help maintain accurate inventory and pricing across the store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports and values Customer Service in both in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Engages with customers, models selling behaviors, and greets with enthusiasm.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to boost basket size.
• Maintains organized sales floor and stockroom, handles pricing and inventory accuracy.
• Supports branding by being respectful and professional with customers and coworkers.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
