Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or specialty retail.
• Familiarity with store policies and procedures is expected.
• Basic visual merchandising knowledge to maintain store presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent shopping experience for our customers through awareness and company service standards.
• Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure stock is well arranged and merchandised properly.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and fitting skills.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns involving customers and staff.
• Participate in inventories, assist in shipping and receiving, and merchandise placement on the sales floor.
• Process all sales with cashier functions per policy and check shoes for mates.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
