Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Anderson, SC store. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, adhere to company service standards, and promote our rewards program.

You will help meet sales goals and lead peers by example in accurate, complete work and cash handling. Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise presentation, assisting with inventory and receiving, and using the POS system to process transactions according to store policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably footwear.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to work with store policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of store presentation standards.
