Quality Talent Group is seeking energetic retail team members for our Washington-based stores. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, processing sales, and supporting customers with financing and credit questions.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are legally eligible to work in the US, and can handle basic cash-handling tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
