Job summary

EXPRESS Parkway Place is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will help with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise while maintaining presentation and store safety.

You will engage customers, answer questions, and process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by the supervisor.
