Job summary

AT&T in Pasadena, CA is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers through their options with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll engage with the community, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.

The role requires flexibility to work 9am–9pm, including weekends; full-time schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, and training is provided to reach goals.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus; training is provided if not.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes weekends and evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; seniority-based schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving ways to meet customers' needs.
• Leverage training and coaching provided to meet and exceed goals.
