Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Pasadena, TX. You’ll guide customers with a consultative sales approach, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.

You’ll work 9am–9pm with weekend shifts and a two-week advance schedule, in a fast-paced environment that rewards flexible, customer-focused performance. Starting pay includes an hourly base with uncapped commissions; top performers can reach substantial annual earnings.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling 2 weeks in advance.
• This role includes meeting and exceeding sales goals with uncapped commission opportunities.
