Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Springfield, MO. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends with advance notice for seniority-based shifts.

Sales experience helps, but training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals. Earnings include hourly pay plus commissions, with uncapped upside based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling announced two weeks in advance.
