Job summary

AT&T in Rolla, MO is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach. You’ll join the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to current and prospective customers.

Expect a 40-hour week with shifts 9am–9pm including weekends; receive comprehensive training, uncapped commissions if sales goals are met, and a broad benefits package including medical, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Provide tools, training and coaching to help meet and exceed goals.
