AT&T in Selma, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to build meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The role includes weekend shifts and a 40-hour work week, with coaching to reach goals. Expect a performance-based compensation plan with commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Company provides tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Must be able to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This fast-paced environment rewards flexibility to stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
