Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Winter Park, FL. This part-time role focuses on consultative selling, building customer relationships and driving sales across AT&T’s devices and services. You’ll participate in community events, handle online orders and calls, and work a flexible 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Outstanding pay, uncapped commissions, and a full benefits package are offered. Prior retail or customer-facing experience helps, but training is provided to help you

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules two weeks in advance.
