AT&T in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer connections with personalized sales expertise. You will guide customers on options with a consultative approach and participate in community events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to customers.

Expected schedule includes 9am–9pm shifts, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training, and coaching to help

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.
• This role involves meeting sales targets and earning commission based on performance.
