Job summary

AT&T in Brookfield, WI is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to be at the center of customer interactions. On the sales floor you’ll use a consultative approach to guide shoppers through devices, plans, and services, with a focus on meeting targets and earning commission.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based rotations and a supportive training
