AT&T Mobility Services in Lincoln, Rhode Island is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right wireless solutions. You’ll guide shoppers through options with a consultative approach and help them choose devices, plans, and accessories.

You’ll work a 40-hour week with a schedule that includes weekends and 9am–9pm shifts. Prior retail or contact-center experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you hit sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance schedules.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Training and tools provided to help meet and exceed goals.
