AT&T Mobility Services in Honolulu seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach and help them choose the right solutions from AT&T’s portfolio. You’ll participate in events, handle online orders, and engage in outbound outreach to grow the customer base.

The role requires a 40-hour work week, including weekends, with uncapped commission and benefits. Training and ongoing coaching support your success.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• When no sales experience is present, training and coaching are provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends.
• Participate in community events and stay flexible to changing needs.
