Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of handsets, plans, and accessories. You will follow company guidance and benchmarks to maximize key metrics while assisting new hires and teammates. The role requires in-store presence and adherence to store policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, completing training on time, and following cash handling procedures. Spanish preferred; in-person work location with standard retail hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
