Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales against benchmarks and drive sales of devices, plans, and add-ons. You will work with guidance from management and act as a role model for new hires.

The role requires at least 18 years old, 4 days/30 hours per week, and the ability to stand for long periods. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred; in-person location.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred to meet benchmarks.
• Spanish language skills preferred for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred for basic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance.
• Mentor and support new hires and peers in retail sales.
• Follow all policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in company materials.
• Master required systems and ensure accuracy in sales paperwork and inventory controls.
