Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and provide reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per management guidance.
• Maintain store appearance and accurate paperwork; follow cash handling procedures.
• Train and assist new hires and peers as needed.
