AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Quakertown, PA to engage customers with consultative selling and product guidance. You’ll drive sales, reach targets, and earn commissions with the full suite of AT&T devices and services at your fingertips.

You’ll also support in-store events and online orders. The role emphasizes customer service, adaptability to evolving tech, and a willingness to learn with provided training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain flexible availability across 9am–9pm, including weekends, as schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance.
