Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Monaca, PA to drive sales using a consultative approach, guide customers through options, and leverage our full suite of products. You will participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Expect a schedule 9am–9pm with weekends; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you meet goals with uncapped commissions and a salary range that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends; receive 2-week advance scheduling.
• Attend community events to represent AT&T and drive sales.
