Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant for in-person work in the United States. You will drive device and plan sales, follow company benchmarks, and serve as a role model for new hires while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include consistently meeting quotas, handling paperwork accurately, and using required systems such as Aktivate and Paycom. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and 18+ years old are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow established practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Serve as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
