Job summary

Acosta Group in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time sales associate to guide customers through options and create an exceptional in-store experience. You will work a flexible schedule between 9am–7pm, including weekends, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

No prior sales experience is required as training will be provided; the role emphasizes high energy, customer engagement, and persuasive communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check to work on Military Installations.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus—Not required.
• Must be able to work between 15-20 hours per week and weekends.
• Hours are flexible and between 9am-7pm.
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position to start with opportunity for

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume of individual in-house and point of sale involvement.
• Greet all customers with enthusiasm, determine customers’ needs, provide courteous & knowledgeable service to customers, and suggest products by following our service and selling strategies.
• Attract new Clients with the ability to engage them quickly.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service.
