Job summary

Acosta is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to guide customers with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll work a flexible schedule from 9am to 7pm, including weekends, and training is provided to help you meet goals.

This 1099 contractor role emphasizes high-energy, people-oriented selling, with potential for additional employment after proven dedication. You will greet customers, assess needs, and drive positive outcomes while contributing to a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background check for Military Installations.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Must be able to work between 15-20 hours per week and weekends.
• Hours are flexible and between 9am-7pm.
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position to start with opportunity for employment after 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume of individual in-house and point of sale involvement.
• Greet all customers with enthusiasm, determine customers’ needs, provide courteous & knowledgeable service, and suggest products by following our service and selling strategies.
• Attract new Clients with the ability to engage them quickly.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service.
