Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Part-time Retail Associate to guide customers through options on the sales floor. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-7pm, including weekends, to be there when customers need us.

This fast-paced role emphasizes a consultative approach, helping customers while growing sales and building relationships. Training is provided and there is a path to employment after a probation period.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to pass background check to work on Military Installations.
• Must be able to work between 15-20 hours per week and weekends.
• Hours are flexible and between 9am-7pm.

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume of in-house and point of sale.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and determine needs, provide courteous and knowledgeable service, and suggest products.
• Attract new clients with the ability to engage them quickly.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service.
• Other duties as assigned.
