Job summary

Acosta is seeking individuals to join our sales team in Wichita, KS. On the sales floor, you’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, helping them find the right products.

Schedule spans 9am–7pm with weekends; this is a 1099 independent contractor role to start, with potential for Acosta employment after 3 months. Training provided, no prior sales required if you’re energetic and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass background check to work on Military Installations.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, not required.
• Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Positively impacting sales volume of individual in-house and point of sale involvement.
• Greet all customers with enthusiasm, determine needs, provide courteous & knowledgeable service, and suggest products.
• Attract new clients with the ability to engage them quickly.
• Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service.
• Other duties as assigned.
