Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Avon, IN. You will guide customers with a consultative sales approach and help them explore AT&T’s devices and services on the sales floor.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling; previous retail experience is a plus and training is provided. Benefits and uncapped commissions are offered.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Assist with events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends; 40-hour weeks scheduled two weeks in advance.
• Support customers with evolving tech and AT&T products.
