AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Charlotte, NC. You will engage customers with a consultative approach on the sales floor and help guide their choices across AT&T’s products and services.

The role includes processing online orders, outbound calls, and participating in community events. You’ll work a 40-hour week with a flexible schedule (9am–9pm) including weekends, with uncapped commission potential and a starting salary that reflects geography, experience, and training.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities
