Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Brentwood, MO to guide customers through options on the sales floor and help them find the right solutions. You’ll also fill online orders, participate in community events, and reach out to existing and potential customers through outbound calls.

The role involves a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you meet and exceed

Qualifications

Retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
Willingness to participate in training and coaching.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through options on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Support community events and in-store activities.
Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
