Job summary

AT&T in Mililani, Hawaii seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with consultative sales, helping them choose devices and services to meet their needs.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, weekends included, with 40 hours weekly; prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you reach your goals. Salary ranges from $47,000 to $75,000 with uncapped commissions.

• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
