Job summary

AT&T in Vallejo, CA is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant to advise customers on products and services in a live store environment. You’ll build relationships, meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s full suite of devices and services.

Expect a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ advance notice for shifts. Training is provided for those new to sales, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Ability to work a schedule including weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules announced 2 weeks in advance.

• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
