Job summary

AT&T in Kahului, HI is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized guidance and help them explore devices and services. You’ll aim to meet sales targets with uncapped commissions and be a key part of a team on a schedule that includes weekends.

You'll join a fast-paced environment, receive training if you have no prior retail experience, and enjoy perks such as health coverage and a 401(k). This is an on-site role at the posted location.

• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
