AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Lawrence, KS. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options and help them find the right solutions.

The role involves community events, processing online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers. You will work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning two weeks in advance.

Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $16.17 - $20.31 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
