Job summary

AT&T is hiring for a Retail Sales role in Anchorage. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2 weeks’ notice for seniority-based shifts.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. We provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
