Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive customer connections with personalized sales expertise and the latest devices and services. You’ll help customers navigate options, participate in events, and handle online orders and outbound calls.

Expect a performance-based environment with uncapped commission potential. Weekly hours total 40, with shift coverage 9am-9pm including weekends, and a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.25- $20.82 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
