Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier in Loveland to greet customers, handle cash transactions, and maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor. You will operate a point-of-sale system and ensure pricing accuracy at purchase while supporting the mission through customer interactions and the roundup initiative.

The role requires reliable attendance, the ability to stand for long periods, and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail sales or cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be accurate with numbers and US currency.
• Ability to use a computer-based cash register and credit card machine.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a POS cash register and ensure accurate transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and verify till counts.
• Drive the roundup initiative and inform customers about it.
• Assist customers with questions, purchases and returns.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves.
• Open and close procedures; ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with team and cover other areas as needed.
