Job summary

DOCOMO PACIFIC is seeking a Retail Sales Cashier to deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will greet customers, assist with devices and service plans, and process POS transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling and a neat, welcoming environment.

You’ll explain product features, promotions, and Self-Care setup, collaborating with the team to hit sales goals. This role may include rotating to other stores and supporting operations across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or retail sales preferred.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Assist customers with devices, accessories, and service plans.
• Operate POS and billing systems to process transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, refunds, exchanges, and account updates.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked with appealing displays.
• Help customers set up Self-Care and explain product features and promotions clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and provide great service.
• Participate in trainings and rotations to other store locations as needed.
• Provide support across locations as needed.
