Floor & Decor is seeking friendly Sales Associates to provide customers with helpful product guidance and fast, accurate service on our sales floor. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Applicants should be 18+ with customer service experience and the ability to multitask in a busy retail setting. Benefits include 401k with match, stock plan, insurance options, and paid time off.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certification. If applicable, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs; stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Act in line with the company’s core values and safety processes.
• Answer telephone per company guidelines.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
