Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English reading/writing and math basics.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
